You will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills. Ensure to maintain Labour attendance on daily basis. Responsible for maintaining the Stock at site. Maintain GRN Materials acknowledgement from stores & vendors directly. Allot and allow the daily work to labor team in the morning as per information given to Project Manager. Daily Review Repot (DRR) of Site condition to Project Manager. Ensure Safety Maintenance at site. Job descriptionCoordination with all Agencies/Contractors/Architects.Check proper bills & Measurements.Quality Verification of Material and workControlling Wastage / Damages/Losses/Leakages during ongoing construction.Should be result oriented and have work execution, supervisory and work extracting Skills.
