Monitor progress and adjust plans to mitigate delays. Technical ExecutionInterpret blueprints, CAD drawings, and BIM models: Supervise erection of steel structures, roofing (metal sheets, cladding, insulation), and concreteelements. Ensure compliance with AISC, ASCE, AWS, and local building codes.Quality Control: Conduct inspections of materials (e.g.,steel grades, welding) and structural integrity. Implement testing protocols (e.g., load tests, leak checks).Safety Management: Enforce OSHA standards and site-specific safety protocols. Lead toolbox talks and safety audits.
