This position requires good understanding of design and spaces to develop interior drawings and details as per the finalized design under the guidance of Senior Architect/ Design Manager to produce error free and timely output.This role also involves coordination with vendors for selection of materials and exploring new building materials introduced in the market. Prepare interim and final reports and submit to the client and to the management as well. Handing over the project and obtaining completion certificate. Ability to work as a part of a team, Site experience. Should have preferably worked on designing interiors for high end premium Villas Residential / commercial / hospitality projects, retail stores, shopping malls, 3 to 5 star hotels, high end restaurants etc. Know- how of international furniture brands must. Should be open to travelling Pan India.
