Hi There,Greetings to you !!!Role: Service Now DeveloperExp : 5+ yearsResponsibilities:Develop ServiceNow solutions: Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications, modules,and workflows to meet the organization's CMDB and ITSM requirements.Configuration Management Database (CMDB): Implement and maintain the CMDB, includingdesigning and defining configuration item (CI) classes, relationships, and attributes. Ensure dataintegrity, accuracy, and consistency within the CMDB.IT Service Management (ITSM): Design and implement ITSM processes, such as incidentmanagement, problem management, change management, and service request management, usingServiceNow ITSM modules.Integration and automation: Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems, tools, ordatabases using web services, APIs, and scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell, etc.). Automatemanual tasks and processes within ServiceNow.Customization and enhancement: Customize ServiceNow user interface, forms, lists, and portals toimprove user experience and streamline processes. Develop ServiceNow widgets, UI policies, andclient scripts as required.Testing and deployment: Perform thorough testing of ServiceNow configurations, customizations,and integrations.
