Expertise in development with all Scripting areas (Client side and Server-side scripting) and development of Custom/Scoped Applications

Good experience on Integrations (REST, SOAP), Flow designer

Certifications: Minimum CSA and CIS – Any application

Good to have’s:

Experience on multiple applications (ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HRSD apart from ITSM)

Good to have knowledge on advanced topics (VA, PI, NLU, LLM etc.)
