Maintaining proper dining experience, delivering items, fulfilling customer needs, offering desserts and drinks, removing courses, replenishing utensils, refilling glasses. Prepare mixed drinks for service to the customers table. Obtaining revenues, issuing receipts, accepting payments, returning the change.
