Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate qualified leadsPlan, manage, and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), and LinkedIn campaignsExecute SEO, SEM, website optimization, and content marketing initiativesCreate and manage social media calendars, creatives, and engagement strategiesCoordinate with design, sales, and product teams for campaigns, promotions, and product launchesTrack, analyze, and report campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM, and marketing toolsManage lead generation funnels, inquiries, and conversion optimizationOversee website content updates, landing pages, and product promotionsMonitor competitor activities and market trends in architectural hardware and building materials Required Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of digital marketing tools, platforms, and KPIsHands-on experience with paid advertising, SEO, social media marketing, and lead generationExposure to B2B marketing (manufacturing / building materials industry preferred)Familiarity with CRM, ERP, and lead management systemsData-driven and analytical mindsetExcellent communication, coordination, and planning skillsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and tight deadlines
