Parting surface creation & all the required volumes for core pins & loose inserts. Core cavity extraction. Extraction of all the die parts. Runner & overflow design. Feature creation of all the die parts. Modeling & Drafting of all tool parts. Specify all the required tolerances & GD & T on the drawings. Prepare & Complete Mould-base Assembly in 3D in Pro_e as per concept layout. Slider assembly design & all other parts in mould-base. Bill of material of the die. Coordination with cross functional Mfg & Tool room teams to meet project targets. Responsible for completion of tool design for project in a committed timeframe. Responsible for implementation of product design changes in tool design& update the related data accordingly. Systematic data management in PDM software. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Electrical Design Engineers are professionals who have the ability to apply engineering principles, physics and materials science for the analysis, design, installation and maintenance of electrical systems.2. As the Electrical Design Engineer, you will be required to survey and report on existing electrical installations and identify customer requirements if needed.3. Electrical Design Engineers create solutions, which can range from small component designs to large-scale systems. More commonly you would be working on security, alarm systems, lighting and HT, HV / LV systems.4. Provide detailed electrical design details for new and refurbishment projects with proper electrical system which may include Fire alarm system, TV, Parking system, access control, Single line diagram, Load calculation, DB Schedule, periodic site visits, as per requirement. 5. Design work should be carried in to 4 major stages i.e., concept stage, design stage, detail design stage, BOQ/ Estimation, Construction package.6. DBR and DPR generation need to prepare by Electrical engineer. Preparing product documentation, writing reports and specifications. This could also include the monitoring of a new product in use to improve on future designs.7. Maintain the Project summary report to avoid future problem related to project if it generated.8. Attending and conducting client meetings in order to clearly understand job/owner requirements and expectations. Includes, project review meetings, construction meetings, and project closeout meetings.9. Design electrical requirements for refrigeration systems, including loadings, infrastructure and systems.10. Prepare and study technical drawings, specifications of electrical systems, and topographical maps to ensure that installation.

Knowledge of Manufacturing processes, material, design concepts.Responsible for designing engineering projects related to Automation, Material Handling Systems, Special purpose machines. Hands-on experience in fixturing / machine tool/system design.Responsible for designing & detail drawing of engineering components for manufacturing.Ability to discuss with vendors the manufacturing process/tolerances and to guide vendors to manufacture prototype machines/products.Responsible to create engineering solutions that meet project objectives considering cost, schedule & technical requirements.Sound knowledge of Solid Works, 2D & 3D concepts.Should Have knowledge of Electro-Mechanical systems & pneumatic systemsDesign engineering systems for the line automation, material handling systems.
