Job description Should have good knowledge of visa for Canada, Australia, Germany, Hongkong Cold calling to arrange meetings with potential customers to prospect for new business Providing information about different visa process over calls, emails and walk-ins Attend walk-ins to the office and counsel for overseas opportunities Aiming to meet or exceed targets. Keep regular follow up with clients for immigration process Target oriented self-motivated Maximizing Conversion ratio Leads given by the Management. Training provided by the Company. Counseling clients. Acquisition of new Clients and follow up with existing clients. Should handle entire Sales Development Cycle. Responsibility:. Handling Counselor Team with individual lead generation Handling email, telephonic calling them and qualifying them to walk-in leads; Career Counseling to prospective customers; Any additional tasks assigned time to time as and when required; To follow up all enquiries and queries telephonically/ by emails; Involvement in all other forms of marketing activities both online and offline; Listening to the needs of prospects and educating the prospects; Willingness to contribute to any area of work as and when required; Maintaining records with respect to all communication happening with students; Building relationships with prospects; Achieving monthly/quarterly targets; Making cold calls when required; Finding new sales leadsMust be fluent in English communication with 1 year counseling experience.

Roles & Responsibilities:*Responsible for handling enquiries and getting the enrollments done over the phone.*Performing counseling & career guidance to working professionals via phone.*Responsible for converting prospects into Enrollment.*Responsible for resolving queries related to the course offered.*Maintaining a detailed database of all the interactions on the CRM with the leads.*Responsible for maintaining day to day reports as required.Office Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM, 6 days working. Monday-Saturday.Key Skills Required:*Must have excellent communication skills & convincing power.*Should be comfortable for tele- counseling.*Should have relevant experience in counseling.*Should be at least graduate.
