Negotiates and settles with suppliers regarding damage claims, rejections, losses, return of materials, over-shipments, cancellations, and engineering charges. Responsible for maintaining process control of material and job activity with the objective of meeting expectations of the customer. Builds positive relationships internal and external to United.
