Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Cabin Crew Trainer cum Counselor to join our team at SpeedJet Aviation Academy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in training and guiding future cabin crew members while providing counselling support to students throughout their educational journey. Responsibilities: 1) Training Delivery: Conduct training sessions for cabin crew aspirants, covering topics such as safety procedures, customer service, emergency protocols, and inflight service standards etc. Develop and deliver engaging training modules using a variety of instructional techniques, including presentations, role-plays, simulations, and practical demonstrations. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all training activities. 2) Counselling and Mentorship: Provide guidance and support to the existing students & future prospective students, offering counselling services related to career development, personal growth, and academic success. Address student concerns, challenges, and conflicts in a professional and empathetic manner, fostering a positive learning environment. 3) Performance Evaluation: Assess student performance and progress through examinations, evaluations, and practical assessments, providing constructive feedback and guidance for improvement. Monitor and track student attendance, participation, and academic performance, ensuring adherence to academy policies and standards. 4) Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records of training activities, student progress reports, and counselling sessions. Assist in the coordination of scheduling, logistics, and resources for training sessions and events.

Eligibility Criteria :Male Female Indian nationals, with Indian Passport, between 18 to 27 years of age.Educational Qualification: Passed 10+2 examination, from a recognized Board or University.Communication: Fluency and clarity of speech in both English and Hindi respectively.Height and Weight: Minimum of 155 CMs, and weight proportionate to BMI.Appearance: Positive body language and well groomed.
