We are seeking a vigilant and reliable Security Guard to protect our premises, assets, and personnel. The ideal candidate will maintain a safe and secure environment by patrolling, monitoring surveillance equipment, and enforcing security protocols.Key Responsibilities:Monitor and authorize entrance and departure of employees, visitors, and vehicles.Conduct regular patrols of the premises to detect any irregularities or suspicious activities.Respond promptly to alarms, emergencies, or disturbances.Operate surveillance equipment and report any security breaches.Prevent losses and damage by reporting irregularities and enforcing security procedures.Maintain detailed reports of daily surveillance activities and incidents.Assist in managing crowd control during events or emergencies.Follow company safety protocols and emergency response procedures.Requirements & Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience as a security guard or in a similar role is preferred.Valid security license/certification (if required by local laws).Strong observational and problem-solving skills.Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively.Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR (preferred).Physically fit to perform security duties (standing, patrolling, etc.).Good communication and interpersonal skills.Work Conditions:Shift-based work, including nights, weekends, and holidays.May require standing or patrolling for extended periods.Exposure to varying weather conditions for outdoor security roles.
