The Digital Marketing Executive cum Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our company and its products and services, as well as creating visually appealing graphics and content. Key Responsibilities:Develop and execute digital marketing strategies to drive online traffic to the company website.Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and display advertising campaigns.Design, build, and maintain our social media presence.Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies.Collaborate with internal department Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate.Graphic Design:Create engaging and on-brand graphics for a variety of media.Conceptualize visuals based on requirements.Prepare rough drafts and present ideas.Develop illustrations, logos, and other designs using software or by hand.Amend designs after feedback.Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.Proven working experience in digital marketing.Proven graphic designing experience.A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.Familiarity with design software and technologies A keen eye for aesthetics and details.Excellent communication skills.Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines.Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement.Job Type: Full-time at Head office (specify Perinthalmanna location)Pay: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per monthSchedule:Day shift: 9:30 to 5:30Education:Bachelor's (Preferred)Experience: 1 to 3 experience
