Visit schools at regular intervals to train teachers, observe classrooms and ensure execution of the program. Design training modules for teachers, coordinators, principals and conduct training sessions. Analyze student performance data and design interventions with multiple stakeholders to improve student learning.Requirements: 4 - 5 years of overall experience Middle to High school teaching experienceTFI Alum: 2 years of fellowship 2 years of post-fellowshipAny other fellowship: 1-2 years of fellowship 2-3 years of post-fellowshipOther companies 2 years of teaching experience 3 years in an academic support roleTeachers/AC/Principals 5+ years of teaching experience 2+ years of managing teamsQualifications: Experience of managing multiple stakeholders and collaborating with large and diverse teams.
