The position requires a female candidate who is comfortable working full-time in an office environment.Key Responsibilities:- Managing Reservations: Handle all booking requests from clients, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in processing their needs.- Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to clients by answering inquiries and resolving issues related to reservations quickly and effectively.- Data Entry and Management: Maintain accurate records of bookings and cancellations in the reservation system to ensure reliable tracking and reporting.- Coordination with Other Departments: Work closely with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery and to handle special requests.- Reporting: Generate and analyze reports related to reservations and customer feedback to support decision-making processes.Required Skills and Expectations:The successful candidate should possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and team members.
