Source candidates through field visits, local job fairs, referral drives, and community outreach programs.Coordinate and conduct walk-in interviews at multiple field locations.Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for field-level roles (e.g., delivery staff, sales promoters, technicians, etc.).Maintain a database of potential candidates and ensure timely communication and follow-up
