Marine Segment Focus: Develop and execute strategies to promote ICPSs Caterpillar parts, repair services, and machine rehab solutions to marine clients (e.g., shipbuilders, port authorities, offshore operators). Technical Sales: Educate clients on ICPSs cost-efficient alternatives for marine equipment (e.g., ship engines, hydraulic systems, power generators) and compliance with marine safety standards. Client Acquisition: Target marine corporate, logistics hubs, and offshore projects in Mumbai, Gujarat, and Goa. OEM & Dealer Collaboration: Partner with Caterpillar users to position ICPS as a trusted repair/parts partner. Project Management: Lead tenders for marine equipment overhauls, including engine/diagnostic services for ships, barges, or port machinery. After-Sales Support: Work with technical teams to ensure seamless service delivery, from parts supply to post-repair commissioning. Revenue Targets: Achieve monthly/quarterly sales goals for marine parts and repair contracts.________________________________________1. Industry Background:o 57 years in technical sales/business development, with 3+ years in the Marine segment (shipyards, ports, marine equipment).o Preference for candidates with Caterpillar marine equipment experience (e.g., engines, propulsion systems, port machinery).o Exposure to marine repair workflows, OEM parts, or offshore projects is critical.2. Technical Expertise:o Strong knowledge of marine engines, hydraulics, or power systems (Caterpillar or equivalent).o Understanding of marine compliance standards and repair protocols.3. Regional Knowledge:o Established network in Mumbais maritime industry, including shipyards (e.g., Mazagon Dock), ports (JNPT, Mumbai Port), and offshore operators.4. Commercial Skills:o Proven track record of selling technical services/parts in B2B marine environments.o Ability to articulate cost-saving value propositions (3035% vs. OEMs) to procurement and engineering teams.5.
