Designation- Sales Development ManagerCTC- 5 LPAKey Responsibilities:Branch Engagement: Manage and activate assigned bank branches to drive life insurance sales.Sales Enablement: Support branch teams by conducting product training, sales pitch demonstrations, and joint customer calls.Lead Management: Help generate, qualify, and convert leads through the banks customer base and walk-ins.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly targets for premium, number of policies, and branch activation.Customer Relationship: Ensure excellent customer experience from lead generation to policy issuance and after-sales support.Reporting: Maintain accurate sales records and submit daily/weekly performance reports.Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory and internal compliance standards.Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Premium and policy count achievementActivation of assigned branches and staffNumber of joint sales calls conductedPolicy persistency and quality of businessCustomer satisfaction and turnaround time (TAT)Desired Candidate Profile:Graduate (MBA or PG preferred)14 years of experience in life insurance or BFSI sales (preferably in banca)Excellent communication, influencing, and relationship-building skillsGoal-oriented and self-motivatedGood understanding of insurance products and bank branch operationsWillingness to travel and work across multiple bank locationsInterested candidates can share their resume on anjali.gussain@skywingadvisors.com or 9997994284
