We are looking for an experienced Rigging Expert to join our team in Bhatapara. The ideal candidate will have 5 to 8 years of relevant experience and a diploma in a related field. This full-time position requires a male candidate to work from the office.Key Responsibilities:- Set Up Rigging Equipment: Prepare and assemble all required rigging equipment for various lifting and moving operations to ensure projects proceed smoothly and safely.- Load and Unload Materials: Use rigging techniques to safely lift, move, and place heavy materials and equipment, minimizing the risk of accidents.- Inspect Rigging Gear: Conduct thorough inspections of rigging materials, such as ropes, chains, and slings, to ensure they are in good condition and meet safety standards.- Follow Safety Procedures: Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment for yourself and your team members.- Collaborate with Team Members: Work closely with other team members, including engineers and operators, to coordinate tasks and ensure efficient project completion.Required Skills and Expectations:- Must have strong knowledge of rigging techniques and safety standards.- Ability to read and understand blueprints and technical drawings is essential.- Physical stamina and a good level of fitness are necessary, as the job involves lifting heavy loads and working at heights.- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.- A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently when required.
