We are seeking a skilled and dedicated BIM Engineer to join our team. As a BIM Engineer, you will be responsible for utilizing Building Information Modeling (BIM) technology to support our building and infrastructure projects' design, construction, and maintenance. Your responsibilities will include:

Creating and developing accurate 3D BIM models using software such as Autodesk Revit.

Collaborating with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to coordinate BIM models and resolve clashes or conflicts.

Implementing and maintaining BIM standards, protocols, and workflows.

Extracting quantities and generating material takeoffs from BIM models for cost estimation.

Conducting analysis and simulations using BIM models to assess energy performance and structural integrity.

Generating project documentation based on BIM models and data.

Providing training and technical support on BIM software and processes.

Participating in project coordination meetings to ensure effective collaboration.

Performing quality checks on BIM models for accuracy and compliance.

Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in BIM technology.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.

Proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.

Strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles, construction methodologies, and project management.

Knowledge of BIM standards and protocols.

Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in implementing BIM on construction projects is preferred.
