We are seeking a detail-oriented Autocad Draftsman to join our team in Gorakhpur, India. This full-time position is suitable for recent graduates or those with up to three years of experience. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks related to property valuation, real estate services, and building construction.Key responsibilities include:- Creating and submitting 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software for projects.- Collaborating on drawing submissions and obtaining approvals from relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations.- Estimating project costs and providing accurate costings for efficient project planning.Candidates must possess a diploma in a relevant field and have a strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, along with solid drawing and design skills.The successful candidate will work from our office located on the 11th Floor of Tower-3. A commitment to meeting deadlines and working collaboratively with team members is expected. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus.This role requires attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks. A proactive approach to problem-solving and strong organizational skills will be advantageous. Role & responsibilitiesDevelop and oversee the installation of electrical systems for construction projects.Prepare electrical billing of the work executedCoordinate with project managers, architects, and other engineering disciplines to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.Inspect electrical installations to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues that arise during the construction phase.Review and Execution of technical drawings, specifications, and documentation.Ensure all electrical work is completed in a safe, timely, and cost-effective manner.Stay up to date with industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
