Autocad Draftsman (Fresher) - Female Candidates Required

We are seeking a detail-oriented Autocad Draftsman to join our team in Gorakhpur, India. This full-time position is suitable for recent graduates or those with up to three years of experience. The ideal candidate will assist in various tasks related to property valuation, real estate services, and building construction.

Key responsibilities include:

- Creating and submitting 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD software for projects.

- Collaborating on drawing submissions and obtaining approvals from relevant authorities, ensuring compliance with regulations.

- Estimating project costs and providing accurate costings for efficient project planning.

Candidates must possess a diploma in a relevant field and have a strong understanding of architectural and engineering principles. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential, along with solid drawing and design skills.

The successful candidate will work from our office located on the 11th Floor of Tower-3. A commitment to meeting deadlines and working collaboratively with team members is expected. Familiarity with local building codes and regulations is a plus.
