Actively engage with architects, developers, contractors, and other stakeholders to secure new business.Design and Consultation: Provide expert MEP design and consultancy services for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. Ensure that designs meet client requirements, industry standards, and local regulations.Project Management: Oversee the execution of MEP projects from concept to completion. Coordinate with other engineers, contractors, and consultants to ensure timely and within-budget delivery of projects.Technical Expertise: Stay updated on the latest advancements in MEP technology, best practices, and regulatory requirements. Apply this knowledge to enhance project outcomes and client satisfaction.Reporting: Maintain detailed records of all projects, including client interactions, project progress, and financial performance. Provide regular reports to the management team on business development activities and project status.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering or a related field.Proven experience in MEP design, engineering, or project management.Strong network within the construction, real estate, or building industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.Proficiency in MEP design software (AutoCAD, Revit, etc.) and other relevant tools.

CAD Engineer trainer at CADD Centre - Andheri, Borivali, Mira RoadOur training centres near the rail stationNo of vacancies: 4In this role, the individual will have the following job responsibilities: Provide training for the CAD (Computer Aided Design) software & practical lab assistance to registered participants where batch size can be 1 to 8 participants. After gaining experience, larger college or corporate batches could be allotted. Follow CADD Centre course syllabus and training methodology standards. Support the sales team to introduce and suggest courses applicable to the enquiry. prepare the variety of CAD design/drafting activities group including preparing/updating installation drawings for projects on building, airports, and data center, establishing guidelines and procedures for CAD data management, and managing workload distribution within the CAD departmentDetail Engineering:1. Prepare dimensional drawings, installation drawings and more complex drawings.2. Revise and update existing drawings reflecting design changes, to ensure consistent documentation of the project. 3. Review blueprints, plans, specifications, and other customer documentation if service is requested by the application engineer or project manager. 4. Work with DGM on guidelines for installation drawings which meet and exceed the customers requirements (bid and submittal phase). Implement these requirements on drawings sent to the customer. 5. Serve as an information source on planning and design of BDA.6. Maintain notes, design calculations and other documentation (like drawings, bill of materials, list of design parameters, and /performance guarantees) for future reference. 7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of third-party items and services data base. Review and modify information with supervision by the DGM. Make data available to application engineers and project managers. 8. Establish filing guidelines for drawings to maintain up-to-date drawings.9. Other duties as required relating to CAD database maintenance, PDM, etc.

Roles And Responsibility:-Proficient in AutoCAD.-2+ years of recent, progressive Revit experience, preferably Revit Structural.-Develop detailed design drawings using Revit and AutoCAD software.-Coordinate with and consult with other team members to design layout, or detail components and structural systems.-Draw and detail plans for foundations, buildings, and structures based on preliminary concepts, sketches, engineering calculations, specification sheets, and other data.-Modification of drawings with necessary changes.-Excellent communication skills.
