Location: Andheri East, Mumbai - walking distance from JB Nagar/Chakala Metro

Position: Architectural Technician / Draftsman / Architectural Technologist

Openings: 4

Experience: 6-8 yrs (mandatory)

Location: Mumbai (Andheri East)

Work hours: Mon-Fri, 10 AM-7 PM

About the Role:

Draft detailed 2D working drawings from architects' design concepts using AutoCAD, for large-scale mixed-use, retail, commercial, hospitality & high-rise residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

* Prepare drawings from schematic to working/GFC drawing stage with high-quality detailing

* Ensure drawings comply with company drafting standards & design requirements

* Coordinate with structural & service consultants for design development

* Coordinate with project managers/PMC for site-ready drawing delivery

Candidate Requirements:

1. 6-8 yrs experience, strictly from a design consultancy (not developer/contractor firms)

2. Experience on projects of min. 20,000 sq. ft.

3. AutoCAD mandatory - Revit/BIM knowledge a plus, not a substitute

4. Must be able to share a technical portfolio for review

5. Basic English communication sufficient

6. Willing to travel occasionally for site visits (expenses covered)

7. Max 1-month notice period
