Job Description: Interior ArchitectPosition Overview:An Interior Architect plays a pivotal role in designing and creating functional, aesthetically pleasing indoor spaces. They combine their expertise in architecture, design principles, and creativity to transform spaces according to clients' needs and preferences. This role demands proficiency in architectural concepts, spatial planning, and interior design principles to deliver innovative and practical solutions.Key Responsibilities:Conceptualization and Design Development:Collaborate with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget constraints.Develop design concepts that align with clients' vision and functional needs.Utilize software tools like CAD (Computer-Aided Design) and BIM (Building Information Modeling) to create detailed design plans and layouts.Space Planning and Layout:Conduct site visits to assess spatial limitations, building codes, and structural considerations.Develop efficient space plans that optimize functionality, traffic flow, and spatial aesthetics.Incorporate principles of universal design to ensure accessibility and inclusivity in interior spaces.Material and Finish Selection:Research and recommend appropriate materials, finishes, and furnishings to enhance the design concept.Consider factors such as durability, sustainability, and aesthetic appeal while selecting materials.Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to procure materials within the project budget and timeline.Project Management:Oversee project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion within specified parameters.Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.Conduct regular site visits to monitor construction progress and address any design-related issues that may arise.Qualifications and Skills:Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

Ability to understand MEP drawings and able to draft Electrical systems as per company and industry standards. Transform rough designs into working Electrical System, Diagrams and Detail plans using AutoCAD. Reliable, well organized and detailed oriented. Capable of learning and acquiring new skills while working independently or with a team. Requirements: Experience: 1+Years Qualification: Diploma /Electrical/ ITI Electrical Proficient in latest versions of AutoCAD. Experience in Revit will be added advantage.
