Reservations Fresher Jobs in Navi Mumbai

Main responsibilities:Handle reservations through phone, email, hotel website, OTAs, and walk-ins.Check room availability, rates, packages, and promotions.Create, modify, and cancel guest reservations.Collect and update guest information accurately.Explain room types, facilities, prices, check-in/check-out policies, and hotel services.Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Sales, and Accounts departments.Handle guest queries and special requests such as early check-in, late check-out, extra beds, airport transfers, etc.Maintain accurate reservation records in the PMS (Property Management System).Follow up on guaranteed bookings, payments, cancellations, and no-shows.Prepare reservation reports and help maximize room occupancy and revenue.
