Branch Operations Executive - Axis Bank Job RoleA Branch Operations Executive (BOE) at Axis Bank is responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day branch operations while delivering excellent customer service and maintaining compliance with banking regulations.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer account opening, KYC verification, and account maintenance.Process cash and non-cash transactions (cheque clearing, NEFT, RTGS, IMPS, DD, etc.).Assist customers with debit cards, cheque books, internet banking, and mobile banking services.Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with RBI and bank policies.Maintain branch records, reports, and operational registers.Resolve customer queries and provide prompt service.Support branch audits and operational risk management.Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth daily operations.EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (Freshers can apply).Good communication and customer service skills.Basic knowledge of banking operations and MS Office.Attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.

Job Role: Banking KYC Executive - Axis BankKey ResponsibilitiesVerify customer identity and address documents as per RBI guidelines.Collect, check, and process KYC documents for new and existing customers.Update customer information and KYC records in the bank's systems.Ensure all account opening forms and supporting documents are complete and accurate.Contact customers to obtain pending documents or clarify discrepancies.Conduct periodic KYC renewals and customer due diligence (CDD).Identify and escalate suspicious or non-compliant transactions as per AML policies.Coordinate with branch staff and operations teams to resolve KYC-related issues.Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.EligibilityGraduate in any discipline (preferred).Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Basic knowledge of banking operations and KYC norms.Basic computer skills (MS Office and data entry).
