We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Electrical Site Engineer to oversee and manage the electrical aspects of construction projects on-site. The successful candidate will ensure all installations meet design specifications, safety standards, and project timelines. This role requires strong technical expertise in electrical systems, a solid understanding of construction processes, and excellent communication skills to work effectively with contractors, engineers, and other team members.

Understanding the construction plan of the project. Determining the time constraints to complete the job. Identifying the raw material and manpower required. Supervising along with the contractor the construction site. Managing daily activities on the site. Ensuring the subcontractors are following the blueprints. Ensuring the raw materials used are as per the specifications. Working in collaboration with Engineers, Architects, Contractors, and other team members. Providing recommendations on improving efficiency and reducing costs. Negotiating with the Contractors and vendors for the best price. Coming up with technical solutions for problems that are causing a delay in the projects. Maintaining the documentation of the construction projects. Filing documents to the local jurisdiction as and when required. Presenting the reports to the Project Leaders and Executives. Adhering to all the environmental and safety standards.
