A deep understanding of data science and engineering is needed, covering data preprocessing, feature engineering, data cleaning, statistical analysis, and time-series forecasting. Knowledge of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), vector databases like FAISS, Pinecone, and Weaviate, knowledge graphs, hybrid search, and frameworks like LangChain and Llama Index is valuable.
