In this role, you will be responsible for the formulation and improvement of a wide range of beverage products, including health drinks, juices, functional beverages, and flavoured water. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ingredient functionality, food chemistry, and sensory evaluation. You will lead the development process from ideation through pilot trials and commercialization, ensuring each product meets taste, quality, shelf-life, and regulatory requirements.Key responsibilities include sourcing and testing new ingredients, improving product stability, conducting sensory tests, and working closely with production and quality teams to ensure smooth scale-up. You should have a strong awareness of market trends, consumer preferences, and regulatory compliance, particularly with FSSAI guidelines. This is a hands-on role that combines scientific knowledge with creative thinking to develop beverages that align with health, wellness, and sustainability trends. You will play a critical part in shaping the next generation of Mitrik Supermart beverage offerings. Select and test raw materials, ingredients, and additives for product safety, taste, texture, shelf life, andcompliance. Conduct pilot trials and scale-up processes for commercial production. Collaborate with the marketing and product development team to align formulations with market trendsand customer demands. Ensure all formulations comply with FSSAI and other relevant regulatory standards. Conduct shelf-life studies, sensory evaluations, and nutritional assessments. JOB SUMMARYOversee Secretarial Functions under the Companies Act, 2013 and Rules, Regulations andGuidelines made there under and other applicable Corporate Laws including SEBI laws andlisting regulations; Ensure proper compliance of all applicable laws & maintain standards ofcorporate governance, Organizing BOD and committee meetings, AGMs. Oversee court relatedmatters involving Mergers / Demergers / Capital Reduction etc. and oversee all Securitiesissuances / handling of existing shareholders / Interacting with Investor Advisory FirmsKEY RESPONSIBILITIESCompliances under Companies Law and Regulatory matters- Ensuring compliance under the Company's Act 2013 as amended from time totime and other acts in respect of Company. and its subsidiary companies.- Ensure maintenance of all records and returns as required under variousstatutes under Company Law.- Keeping the Certificate of Incorporation and Memorandum and Articles ofAssociation and copies of company forms in case of Company. and itssubsidiaries.- Discharging duties of Compliance Officer including in terms of the ListingAgreement and SEBI Laws, Ensuring compliance of SEBI Laws and DepositoriesAct including Corporate Governance as per Clause 49 of the Listing Agreement.- Ensure compliance with stock exchange listing norms, SEBI guidelines,corporate governance report.- Interface with Legal team and counsels for legal cases / appeals pertaining toMergers / Demergers, Securities issuances etc. Matters pending with SEBI /SAT, MumbaiBoard Meetings/Shareholder's Meetings/AGM- S- Ensure that board meetings, shareholder meetings are held in accordance withthe applicable laws- Prepare and maintain minutes, statutory books including registers of members,directors and secretaries; and filing of return with Registrar of Companies, CLB,Stock Exchanges and Government in respect of Company. and its subsidiaries
