Troubleshoot and repair any hardware or software issues that may arise during maintenance visits. Technical Support: Provide technical assistance and support to clients regarding CCTV system operations, setup, and usage. Address client inquiries, troubleshoot problems, and offer solutions remotely or on-site. System Upgrades: Stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements in CCTV systems. Suggest and implement system upgrades or enhancements to improve performance and security.
