We are looking for energetic and motivated Field Sales Executives to join ShinePoints team. In this role, you will be responsible for promoting and pitching our ShinePoints - Reward Points Software to retail stores and forming tie-ups. The job involves meeting retail store owners and convincing them to try the software for free by explaining the benefits (Free for 1st Month and Rs.999/- Per annum after Free offer ends)Key Responsibilities: Meet and pitch the ShinePoints Software to retail store owners in your City (any area) Achieve the revenue target of twice your monthly Salary. Over achieve for higher incentives. Build and maintain good relationships with retailers for long-term partnerships. Report daily progress and submit updates to the reporting manager.
