Job Requirements:
Graduate + PG with experience in Healthcare/ Pharma industry.
Experience required: 10 to 12 years Pharma (Pharmaceutical) Sales Industry.
Atleast one or two year of hands on experience will be must with Dermatology/ Cosmetics Experience.
Proven work experience as a Zonal Sales Manager or similar senior sales role.
Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (ROI and KPIs).
Familiarity with CRM software.
Ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
Coordinates with marketing for the organization of seminars, meets and conferences on zonal.
Excellent communication skills.
Strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
Availability to travel as needed.
Excellent communication negotiations and presentation skills
Strong market knowledge and P&L understanding
Ability to connect, network, and influence key customers/ stakeholders
Sound understanding of legal drafting (prepare & sign contracts)
Capability to serve as primary liaison with partners
Analytical and Self-driven
Advanced knowledge of MS office applications.
