job requirements:
• graduate + pg with experience in healthcare/ pharma industry.
• experience required: 10 to 12 years pharma (pharmaceutical) sales industry.
• atleast one or two year of hands on experience will be must with dermatology/ cosmetics experience.
• proven work experience as a zonal sales manager or similar senior sales role.
• ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators (roi and kpis).
• familiarity with crm software.
• ability to lead and motivate a high performance sales team.
• coordinates with marketing for the organization of seminars, meets and conferences on zonal.
• excellent communication skills.
• strong organizational skills with a problem-solving attitude.
• availability to travel as needed.
• excellent communication negotiations and presentation skills
• strong market knowledge and p&l understanding
• ability to connect, network, and influence key customers/ stakeholders
• sound understanding of legal drafting (prepare & sign contracts)
• capability to serve as primary liaison with partners

• advanced knowledge of ms office applications.
