Adhere to all debt collection laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements. Provide regular reports to management on debt recovery activities and progress towards targets. Utilize various skip tracing tools and techniques to locate customers with outdated or incorrect contact information.Required Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in finance, business, or related field is a plus. Proven experience in debt recovery, collections, or a similar role, preferably within the financial or banking sector.
