You will be the first point of contact for potential customers understanding their requirements, sharing project details, and generating qualified leads for the sales team.Key Responsibilities: Lead Handling: Make outbound calls to potential buyers generated through marketing campaigns, online portals, and inquiries. Project Presentation: Explain project details, amenities, location advantages, and pricing to customers. Lead Qualification: Identify genuine buyers, understand their needs, and schedule site visits for the sales team. Follow-Ups: Maintain consistent follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and emails to convert leads into site visits. Database Management: Maintain lead data in CRM and ensure timely updates of follow-up actions. Coordination: Work closely with sales managers and marketing teams to improve lead conversion.Requirements: Graduate / HSC passed with good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi. Minimum 6 months to 3 years experience in Real Estate / Telecalling / Pre-sales. Strong persuasion and customer service skills. Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools.
