Responsibilities: Take overall responsibility for the testing and quality Maintain food safety management system in place and compliance to requirements of FSSAI Work alongside GM to execute daily protocols set for quality, testing and hygiene Monitor QC processes and ensure SOP is followed Conduct laboratory tests, microbiological analysis of Raw material, packing material, in-process products and finished products Carry out equipment calibration & maintenance Monitoring all PRPs, OPRPs and CCPs Have exposure to the Milk testing Instruments & techniques for: Raw Milk (Cow, Buffalo, Mix), Raw Whey, Cheese, Paneer, Packaged Milk, Cream, Dahi, Ghee, Butter, Buttermilk, Skimmed Milk Powder, Whey Powders (DM-35,70,90, WPC-35,80, WPI-90) Assist Plant/Production Head to maintain personnel hygiene and production floor hygiene Check the quality of Raw material and Finished products Support production team in maintaining inventory of raw materials, and entry into the IMS Ensure all products are stored in a safe and hygienic manner Approve product rejection, if any post confirmation with higher management.Profile Expected: Expert in Milk & Milk products testing Strong technical knowledge and execution skills on testing equipment with a deep understanding of various milk & milk products testing and standard parameters Strong skills and experience in Testing & QC Should have excellent testing skills Sharp, focussed and never give up attitude.
