Looking For Quality Control Microbiologist

We are looking for a dedicated Quality Control Microbiologist to join our team in Patna. The ideal candidate will have experience in microbiological testing and quality assurance in a laboratory setting.

- **Microbiological Testing**: Conduct tests on raw materials, intermediates, and finished products to detect the presence of microorganisms. This ensures product safety and compliance with industry standards.

- **Quality Assurance**: Monitor and maintain quality systems in the laboratory. This includes documentation, standard operating procedures, and review processes to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.

- **Data Analysis**: Analyze test results and compile reports. You will summarize findings and provide recommendations based on data, aiding decision-making in product quality.

- **Research and Development Support**: Collaborate with R&D teams to develop and validate new testing methods. Your input will help improve existing products and ensure new ones meet safety standards.

- **Training and Mentoring**: Assist in training junior staff and interns in microbiological techniques and laboratory safety. Sharing your expertise helps build a knowledgeable team.

- **Equipment Maintenance**: Perform routine checks and maintenance on laboratory equipment. This ensures that all tools are functioning properly for accurate test results.

To excel in this role, candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree in Microbiology or a related field. A minimum of 1 to 6 years of experience in quality control in a lab setting is expected.
