Quality Control Officer: (Sarigam)He has to prepare test solutions, compounds and reagents for conducting tests and advising and coordinating the test procedures.He has to determine the physical and chemical properties, compositions, structures, relationships and reactions of both organic and inorganic compounds.He is responsible for developing, improving and customizing products, equipment, formulas, processes and analytical methods.He has to coordinate scientists and engineers to analyze, interpret and develop tests.He is also responsible for introducing heat, light, energy and chemical catalysts to chemical substances to induce reactions.He has to write the technical reports and he is also responsible to note down the results of tests so that it can be used for future references.He is also responsible to prepare standards and specifications for processes, tests and products.He has to maintain laboratory instruments, troubleshooting malfunctions and also by purchasing new laboratory supplies.He has to evaluate and ensure compliance with laboratory safety procedures and standards.He must have faced Audits and also should have knowledge of handling different instruments.He must have knowledge of GC. UV Etc.He must be B.Sc or M.Sc Chemistry with 1 to 3 years experience Experience in Agro Chemical Manufacturing Company is Preferable.
