Job Summary:A Quality Engineer with 2-3 years of experience is responsible for supporting the development and implementation of quality control processes to ensure products meet the required standards. This role involves performing routine inspections, testing, and analysis, and supporting senior engineers in quality improvement projects.Key Responsibilities:Perform Quality Inspections:Conduct routine inspections and tests on products and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards.Record and analyze test data to identify deviations from quality standards.Support Quality Improvement:Assist in the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and assist in developing corrective actions.Documentation and Reporting:Maintain detailed documentation of inspection results, test results, and quality records.Prepare quality reports and communicate findings to senior engineers and management.Compliance and Standards:Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and company policies.Stay updated with changes in quality standards and regulations.Collaboration:Work closely with production teams to ensure quality standards are met during the manufacturing process.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement improvements.Qualifications:Education: Bachelors degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.Experience: 2-3 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.Certifications: Certifications in quality management (e.g., ISO, Six Sigma) are a plus.Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Attention to detail and organizational skills.Proficient in quality control software and tools.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Key Competencies:Ability to work independently and as part of a team.High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Design, implement, and maintain quality management systems to ensure products and services meet quality standards.Oversee the development and implementation of inspection activities, the detection and resolution of problems, and the delivery of satisfactory outcomes.Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and certifications (e.g., ISO, etc.). Stay updated with regulatory changes and ensure the organizations quality management systems remain compliant.Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal and external audits. Ensure that corrective and preventive actions are implemented to address any non-conformances.Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing quality data, identifying trends, and implementing process improvements.Lead, manage, and mentor a team of quality professionals. Provide training and development opportunities to ensure the team stays current with best practices in quality management.Collaborate with suppliers to ensure that incoming materials meet quality standards. Conduct supplier audits and work on corrective actions if necessary.Handle customer complaints and issues related to product quality. Implement corrective actions and work towards improving customer satisfaction.Prepare and present quality performance reports to senior management. Use data to highlight areas of improvement and track the effectiveness of quality initiatives.

Knowledge of QMS, CSR, External Standards, 7 QC Tools, Problem solving techniques, Inward/ FPIP/Final Inspn. Set ups, To maintain and upgrade QMS throughout the organization, to maintain all QA/QC functions, To impart training, Root cause analysis, Data Analysis and improvements etc., Reporting of data to Top Management, Calibration Activities.
