1. Quality inspector Exp 2 4 years - Experience in Press, sheet metal component in process, outgoing quality checking, ISO documentation etc 2. Sr Quality Engineer / Head Exp 6 8 years - Experience in Press, sheet metal component, ISO / Customer audit, complaint handling, ISO system, PPAP, FPA, communication etc

Experience with 5 to 6 Years Tool Room Type Machine shop. Must handle all types of measuring instruments. Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback and corrections. Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured dimension inspection of precision toolroom type components, assemblies, test plans and test cases. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities. Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved. Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products to meet client needs. Liaise with internal teams to identify system requirements. Liaise with customer and customer nominated inspection agency for speedy inspection activities. Investigate the causes of non-conformity. Track quality assurance metrics. Must have knowledge of ISO and QMS system and conversant to maintain all quality process systems, formats and procedures.
