Utilize problem-solving tools (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone diagrams) to implement permanent Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA).New Product Introduction (NPI): Coordinate the quality planning for new product launches by preparing and executing Core Tools documentation, including PPAP (Production Part Approval Process), APQP, and FMEA (Failure Mode and Effects Analysis).Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA): Audit vendor facilities, evaluate incoming raw material quality, and issue Supplier Corrective Action Reports (SCAR) when materials fail to meet engineering specifications.Process Capability Monitoring: Analyze production floor data using Statistical Process Control (SPC) and MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis) to identify trends, reduce variance, and prevent defects before they happen.Continuous Improvement: Work alongside the Production and Design teams to drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives, waste reduction, and process optimization.
