We are looking for a Quality Engineer responsible for maintaining product quality standards, conducting inspections, handling quality documentation, and ensuring compliance with company and customer requirements. The candidate will work closely with production and operations teams to improve process quality and reduce defects in manufacturing activities.Key Responsibilities:Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.Ensure products meet customer specifications and quality standards.Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records, and documentation.Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).Handle customer complaints and quality-related issues.Monitor production processes to reduce rejection and rework.Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.Coordinate with production and maintenance teams for process improvement.Support internal and external quality audits.Ensure compliance with ISO standards and company quality procedures.Maintain calibration records and quality checklists.Participate in continuous improvement activities for quality enhancement.Required Skills:Knowledge of quality control processes and inspection methods.Understanding of engineering drawings and measurements.Knowledge of ISO standards and quality documentation.Problem-solving and analytical skills.Good communication and teamwork abilities.Basic knowledge of CAPA, 7QC tools, and root cause analysis preferred.Qualification:Diploma / BE in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Experience:2 to 7 years of experience in manufacturing quality or production quality.Pay:

This role requires a strong background in quality assurance and testing, with 8 to 10 years of relevant experience.Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Implement Test Plans: Create comprehensive test plans that outline the scope, approach, resources, and schedule for testing activities, ensuring thorough coverage of features and requirements.- Conduct Manual and Automated Testing: Perform both manual and automated testing to identify defects, validate fixes, and ensure software functionality meets specified requirements.- Collaborate with Development Teams: Work closely with developers to understand product features and provide insights on potential quality issues early in the development process.- Design Test Cases and Test Scripts: Create detailed test cases and scripts based on specifications to ensure all scenarios are evaluated, including edge cases.- Report and Track Defects: Identify, document, and track defects using appropriate tools, ensuring that all issues are resolved prior to product release.- Mentor Junior QA Engineers: Provide guidance and support to junior team members, sharing best practices and fostering a culture of quality within the team.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should hold a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficient in different types of Testing like Integration, Regression, Sanity, User Acceptance testing etc. Experience in Automation Testingwith Java (using Selenium and BDD).
