We are looking for a dedicated Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 10 years of experience and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E) degree. This full-time position requires working from the office and is open only to male candidates.Key Responsibilities:- Equipment Maintenance: Regularly inspect and maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance, reducing the risk of breakdowns and extending their lifespan.- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues in equipment, utilizing diagnostic tools and techniques to restore functionality effectively.- Preventive Maintenance: Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to ensure all equipment is serviced regularly, preventing future failures.- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, inspections, and modifications, to ensure compliance with industry standards.- Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers and departments to coordinate maintenance activities, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.- Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance work is conducted safely and in accordance with safety regulations, promoting a safe working environment.Required Skills and Expectations:The candidate should possess strong technical skills in machinery and equipment maintenance. Development of Plastic moulds, Machining, springs parts by vendors.Responsible for Raising & timely closure of NCRs to suppliersEnsure Quality assurance of BOP parts from Vendors. Vendor Audits and Up gradation

As a Production Quality Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that products meet high-quality standards throughout the manufacturing process. Your attention to detail and problem-solving skills will help maintain product integrity and safety.Key Responsibilities:- Quality Assurance: Oversee the quality of production processes to ensure that all products meet specified standards and regulations.- Root Cause Analysis: Identify and analyze defects or quality issues in products and processes, determining the underlying causes to implement corrective actions.- Process Improvement: Collaborate with production teams to develop and implement strategies that enhance production efficiency and product quality.- Documentation and Reporting: Maintain detailed records of quality inspections and audits, preparing reports for management that highlight findings and recommendations.- Training and Support: Provide guidance and training to production staff on quality standards and procedures, fostering a culture of quality awareness.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess a Bachelors degree in Engineering and have 3 to 8 years of experience in a quality engineering role, preferably in production.
