As a QMS Engineer, you will be responsible for maintaining and improving the Quality Management System (QMS) in our organization. Your expertise will help ensure that products meet quality standards and comply with relevant regulations.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Develop and Maintain QMS Documentation:** Create and update quality procedures, manuals, and work instructions to ensure compliance and clarity in processes.
- **Conduct Internal Audits:** Regularly perform audits of processes and systems to identify areas for improvement and ensure adherence to the established quality standards.
- **Analyze Quality Data:** Collect and analyze quality metrics to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement in products and processes.
- **Facilitate Training:** Organize and deliver training sessions for staff on quality standards, procedures, and best practices to ensure everyone understands their role in maintaining quality.
- **Support Quality Improvements:** Work with cross-functional teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance product quality and reduce defects.
**Required Skills and Expectations:**
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering () is essential.
- You should have 4 to 10 years of experience in quality management systems, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of ISO standards related to quality management.
- Excellent analytical skills to assess data and identify issues.
- Good communication skills are needed to effectively convey quality concepts to diverse teams.
- Proficiency in using quality tools and methodologies, such as six sigma or lean practices, is preferred.
