We are looking for a QMS Engineer to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 9 years of experience in Quality Management Systems and a diploma in a related field. **Key Responsibilities:**- **Develop and Maintain QMS Documentation:** Create and update quality manuals, procedures, and work instructions to ensure compliance with industry standards.- **Conduct Audits:** Perform internal audits to evaluate the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement.- **Coordinate Training:** Organize and deliver training sessions for employees on quality management procedures and best practices.- **Analyze Quality Data:** Collect and review quality metrics to identify trends and drive improvement initiatives within the organization.- **Implement Corrective Actions:** Work with cross-functional teams to develop and implement corrective and preventive actions for any quality issues.- **Ensure Compliance:** Monitor regulatory and standard compliance to uphold the organizations quality objectives.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The candidate must have a strong understanding of Quality Management Systems and relevant standards such as ISO 9001. Proficiency in problem-solving and analytical skills is essential. Effective communication skills are crucial, as the role involves collaboration with various teams. The ability to train others and lead initiatives is also expected. The individual should be detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:* Lead quality initiatives across solar panel fabrication & galvanization processes.* Conduct regular QC audits at customer sites.Preparation of Final inspection Quality Documents, QAP/SQP

Planning and implementing internal audits/ process / Product Audit inaccordance with IATF 16949:2016, ISO 9001:2015, ISO 45001:2018 and ISO14001:2015, as per applicable QMS & EHS procedures and standards. Person should be Certified Internal Auditor for IATF-16949:2016, ISO 9001,ISO 45001, ISO 14001, MSA, SPC, FMEA, Control Plan, PPAP, APQP, PFD,KAIZEN, POKA-YOKE. Handling Customer Audits, maintain documentation. Managing close-out and reporting status of audit findings, NCR, KPI targetsetc. Preparing statistics for management review and Conducting MRM. Identifying process improvements and preparing recommendations for QMS &EHS development and implementation. Reviewing procedures for compliance with QMS requirements and currentpractice recommending improvements as applicable. Reviewing project deliverables for compliance with quality criteria. Maintaining required Quality records by the QMS & EHS. Participate in reviews and workshops as required to promote the qualityobjectives. Knowledge of quality requirements and processes. A demonstrable record of auditing quality processes.
