Roles and Responsibilities: In this role you are required to identify and assess complex problems for area(s) of responsibility Requires involvement in setting strategic direction to establish near-term goals for area(s) of responsibility The individual should create solutions in situations in which analysis requires in-depth knowledge of organizational objectives Interaction is with senior management levels at a client and/or within Accenture, involving negotiating or influencing on significant matters Should have latitude in decision-making and determination of objectives and approaches to critical assignments Their decisions have a lasting impact on area of responsibility with the potential to impact areas outside of own responsibility Individual manages large teams and/or work efforts (if in an individual contributor role) at a client or within Accenture Please note that this role may require you to work in rotational shift.

Must have worked in Tipper, Trailer / Automotive industry. To Manage (Q.C.) to oversee the activity in Quality Control department with implementing, andmaintaining a system of quality, system of Quality Management Systems and various Process and Products,Materials and Components inspection / testing / validations and control for the organizations products,processes and / or development processes. To understand the requirements for the Product, Customers requirements, Legal Requirements for Productsand ensure to maintain and control desired Quality in all these aspects. To strictly adhere all best practices related to Quality Control as well as manufacturing processes and allother related activities to sustain and continual improvise Product Quality as per norms and to enhanceCustomer Delight.Responsible for Quality Control activities such as Jigs ,Fixtures, Templates Validation andAudits as defined in QMS System. Responsible for Process Validation maintaining and controlling the desired ProcessParameters and Norms. Perform Process Audit of Special Processes (Welding / Painting /Shot Blasting Zink Plating) and Critical Processes as per Audit Plan / Schedules.Take necessary CAPA on abnormalities observed during Process Audits. Shall have thorough knowledge of all Quality Functions.Responsible for Quality Control activities such as Jigs ,Fixtures, Templates Validation andAudits as defined in QMS System. Responsible for Process Validation maintaining and controlling the desired ProcessParameters and Norms. Perform Process Audit of Special Processes (Welding / Painting /Shot Blasting Zink Plating) and Critical Processes as per Audit Plan / Schedules.Take necessary CAPA on abnormalities observed during Process Audits. Sound Knowledge of 8 D, CAPA, APQP, PPAP, etc Should be well conversant with Quality Management Systems and shall have hands-on experience of QMS.
