Roles & Responsibility:-Required Candidate Certified VDA. must. Spearhead Implementation & sustenance or IATF 16949. ISO 14000 I 45000, VDA System in the Organization Prepare monthly Quality MI IS reports, presentation to management Monitor, control and improve Cost of Quality Continuously improve QMS system thru' various initiatives ,projects. training, poka-yoke, all audit actions Monitor trends to ensure improvements Co ordination with customer for product Quality requirement, customer complaints performing RCA, CAPA. Customer porta1I updating for all quality data requirements. Periodically maintain & improve quality thru' SPC, Cp, Cpk trial, gauge R&R Preferred Minitab experience. Train colleagues In QMS tools, Minitab. Q-sys. Undertake six sigma projects lo solve repetitive quality issues . Establish & improve QMS sys1em Manage customer audits. supplier audits, IATF audits, Internal audits, process audit, product audits Continuously review and update Quality documents like Work Instruction, control plan, PFMEA.APQP documents and procedures. Calibrations. Make customer, supplier visit plan Ensure adherence to meet the plan requirements and ensure improvements in Quality performance. Travel customers, supplier as per business needs Travel abroad for official assignments Need to sign a bond in case of any special training or foreign ravel arranged by company. Need to have a passport. Good knowledge & experience In IATF 16949,ISO 14000 / 45000,VOA process audit standard, product safety management Drive & maintain IATF / ISO certifications as MR Must be certified IATF 16949 auditor. Strong leadership & Interpersonal skills with proven OMS skills. demonstrating Customer centric, OMS centric behavior Fluency an English communication, soft skills must (verbal ,written).If you have any candidates 'forward the CV Immediately.

Set & monitor KPI, through knowledge of 7QC tools, 8D Methodology, Team Leader Ship & Motivation, Good Communication Skill, Sound technical knowledge of mass scale machined automobile manufacturing process, advance inspection techniques & Instrument knowledge, Special Process-Audit, CQI9, CQI-11, CQI-12, Detail knowledge of QMS- IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001.

Lead AS9001 and NADCAP certification ( Process Quality , IATF / ISO Certification Must have worked and handled IATF or ISO documentation ) 2 Manage QC team and its day-to-day activities.3. Must have hands-on experience as Management representative for a AS 9001certified company and should have successfully faced at least 1 audit for AS9001 certification.4. Must have handled a team of 5-6 QC engineers, technicians and managed allday to day functions of QC department.5. should be conversant with FARO Arm, NDT testing. NDT class 1 certificationis preferred.6. should have workedwith LRTM, RTM, Infusion, prepreg molding processes.7. Manpower handling, training and proven leadership ability.8.
