We Are Hiring: QA & QC Engineer Location: Kalyan-Padgha Open Positions: 2 Urgent Requirement Immediate Joiners PreferredMillicon Consultant Engineers Pvt. Ltd., a trusted name in manufacturing and fabrication of Pressure Vessels, Columns, Heat Exchangers, and Reactors for Oil & Gas, Petrochemicals, and Refinery sectors, is looking for talented QA & QC Engineers to join our growing team. Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure fabrication & manufacturing quality of columns, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, etc.Perform quality control inspections & activities to ensure compliance with project specs & industry standards.Develop & implement quality assurance policies and procedures.Conduct inspections, tests, and maintain detailed QA/QC documentation.Prepare & manage WPS, PQR, PQP documents (knowledge of EN, ASTM, ASME , Stamp certification is essential).Monitor subcontractors & suppliers for compliance with quality standards.Collaborate with design & construction teams on quality-related issues.Conduct audits, oversee ISO documentation, and ensure safety protocols are followed.Train and educate project teams on QA/QC processes.Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance efficiency & productivity. RequirementsQualification: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or related engineering discipline.Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, and QA/QC of heavy engineering equipment.Knowledge of ASME, ASTM, ISO standards.Strong communication & documentation skills.Open to learning new techniques and skills.
