Role: QA EngineerExp: 2+ yrs 5 days working Permanent WFH (Remote basis) Shift timing: 4:00 PM 1:00 AM until Jan 2022, then it will be 2:00 PM - 11:00 PM Role & Responsibility:You will be working with a team of remote developers all across India and U.S.Looking for an experienced QA Engineer that has experience working as a QA with a collection of Mobile and Web Products. Experience with automated testing platforms such as Selenium or Cypress would be a plus, and an interest in learning more about Product Management would be great too. We build top-of-the-line products inside the telematics, transportation, and restaurant space.

Responsibilities Consistently drive the quality and health of software projects with an appreciation forquality code and development processes Understand the type and value of each test while using debugging tools to complementyour testing efforts Demonstrate QA & test engineering fundamentals with an eye for design andarchitecture Create and execute test plans for features within the software delivery lifecycle Writeclear defect reports and help stakeholders make informed triage decisions Apply critical thinking to products, requirements, and processes to confidently deliverhigh-quality software Provide hands-on test automation support in writing, maintaining and improving testcode/coverage. Design and implement robust and scalable test automation solutions withinDevOps/CICD environment to improve the quality of functional, regression, system &end-to-end test suite. Collaborate with DevOps engineers, developers, Infrastructure & support teams to plan,design, develop & manage test automation to support DevOps / CICD pipelines Embody a growth mindset to research, develop & implement tools to improve overallTest quality. Provide manual testing support as necessary for areas of the application that cannot beautomatedQualifications Solid understanding and experience with automation concepts, tools, and techniques. 3+ years of experience in building automation frameworks and managing testautomation delivery and/or practice Experience writing automation tests for the frontend (i.e. Cypress and Selenium) on weband mobile apps using multiple browsers and device emulation tools(i.e.CrossBrowserTesting, BrowserStack) Experience with testing Microservices / API including mocking, integration testing,functional testing (i.e. Postman, REST Assured, Swagger) Experience with Performance and Load Testing (i.e. Gatling, Locust, JMeter etc.) Understanding of Test Automation tools and frameworks that facilitate Test DrivenDevelopment

Experience automation scripting using Java / Python. Experience in cucumber mandatory. Experience in Jenkins Should be well-versed in setting up Jenkins jobs for integrating Test Automation suite with CI pipeline Should be extremely good in finding defects in products in a systematic way. Should have ability to lead and represent team of 5 to 6 team members in front of Customer. Should have ability to gel and work in team and assist junior team members on techno-functional grounds Should have good communication skills and experience in handling Customer expectations. Automation QAJob Responsibilities Take ownership of automated and manual testing to ensure bug-free high quality releases. Review and analyze feature requirements. Collaborate with the Dev team to develop effective Test plan and strategies. Write and execute Test Cases (manual or automated) and analyze results. Report bugs and follow-up fixes and deployment timelines. Plan and run regression tests. Run performance tests and share results for optimization. Raise the bar by reviewing code, share knowledge, tips & tricks, and help out within and acrossteams.Must have Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related degree, or equivalent work experience. Strong command over 1 or more programming languages (JavaScript, Java). 2+ years of experience with Cucumber/Selenium/Appium or similar test framework. Hands-on experience developing automated scripts for web and mobile applications and exposure to continuous integration. Hands-on experience in web services testing. Knowledge of software development process and QA methodologies, familiar with development tools such as Confluence, Jira. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as Git. Collaborative attitude, ability to take ownership.
