We€™re looking for a passionate Mental Health Professional with hands-on experience working with children & youth (age group 12€“21 years) to support their emotional well-being and personal growth.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

€¢ Individual & group counselling for children and youth

€¢ Psychological assessments & therapy-based interventions

€¢ Collaboration with social workers, caregivers & stakeholders

€¢ Case documentation, progress tracking & reports

€¢ Mental health awareness & capacity-building sessions

🔹 Must Have:

œ” Experience working with children/youth (12€“21 years)

🔹 Requirements:

€¢ Master€™s in Psychology (Clinical/Counselling) or related field

€¢ 2€“4 years of relevant counselling experience

€¢ Strong empathy, communication & interpersonal skills

€¢ English & Hindi required (Marathi preferred)
